Internet

Unplug your router from power for 5 minutes. Do NOT press the reset button.

You can run a speed test here or on the CommandIQ app.

To bypass your router, unplug the ethernet cable from your router directly into a laptop or device that has an ethernet port. If internet works this way, then the trouble is with your router. This is also the most accurate way to run a speed test.

It is best to have your router centrally located in your home. If it’s in a location that can’t be moved, Wi-Fi extenders can be added to extend the signal further throughout your home. Keep in mind that things like concrete, thick walls, mirrors and metal can all be factors that weaken Wi-Fi signal.

Phone

To forward calls from your home:

  1. Lift the handset and listen for dial tone
  2. Dial *72 and listen for a “beep-beep” dial tone.
  3. Dial the number you want your calls to be forwarded to. Call forwarding to long distance numbers will be charged to you at long distance rates.
  4. The call forward feature is in effect when someone answers at the forwarding number.
  5. If there is no answer at the forwarding number, or if the line is busy, hang up the phone and repeat the steps above.
  6. Once you’ve activated call forward, one short ring will occur each time a call is forwarded. You can still make outgoing calls from this phone.

To deactivate call forwarding:

  1. Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
  2. Dial *73 and listen for a “beep-beep” dial tone.
  3. Hang up. The feature is no longer in effect and calls will ring to your phone.

GoTo>TV

Unplug the box from power for a few minutes and plug back in.

  1. Go to the App Store on your Firestick, Roku or Apple TV and search for GoTo>TV. Click on GoTo>TV app and click ‘download’.
  2. Once downloaded you can open the GoTo>TV app. It will then ask you for a login and passphrase, which should have been given to you when you signed up. You will input that information and then click ‘Save’.
  3. It will validate your log in information, and if correct, will log you into the app.
  4. Once logged in, you will see the channel guide with your subscribed channels and you are all set!
