Your bill is due on the 20th of each month. If you install or change a service mid-month, it will prorate and reflect on your next bill.

Yes. You can pay through our online portal here or through the SmartHub app on your smart phone. When first creating your online account, you will need your account number which is located on the top right of your monthly bill.

New Service

Should you wish to sign up for our service, please feel free to reach out to our office at any time by calling 507-886-6422 or you can sign up online here. If you are in a new fiber project area, we will reach out to you as soon as the service is ready.

There is no cost to the homeowner for the installation of a fiber drop to their house. When services are ready for installation, a customer service representative will provide information regarding the prices of available services.
